Ducray – AirFree airless solutions from RPC Bramlage

The patented technology is AirFree® Vega bag-in-bottle and Ecosolution™ airless pump for Dexyane balm product.

AirFree® Vega includes a co-extruded airless bottle including a multilayer pouch with an EVOH barrier layer, which produced with a single stage process, having the recipe of intact and preserves its active ingredients.

Furthermore, the Goya bag-in-bottle gives high protection for the product’s active ingredients, allowing fewer preservatives presents and preserving the cream’s of non-sticky texture, with effective 95% evacuation from the bottle.

The bottle is fully recyclable Vega bottle, and Ecosolution™ pump sequence is being awarded of Ecocert certification. The Ecosolution™ pump made entirely from plastic, having no metal parts. And it is also designed using over 50% fewer parts – four instead of the ten typically found in a conventional dispenser.

The Vega bottle has excellent versatility on production lines as it is suited with all standard filling equipment and also capable of both atmospheric and top filling with a high-speed snap-on of the pump.
