National Sandwich Week is an excellent time to debate our plastic-free sandwich skillet Earthwedge – a sustainable sandwich pack option.
Eco-friendly sandwich packages have been designed using a combination of coated boards and coated papers – meaning they are recyclable in the paper stream.
The Earthwedge is available as a flat-packed wedge – folded around the sandwich and then secured with a sticker. It’s the ideal solution for sandwich shops, cafes, etc.–anywhere making fresh sandwiches for sale the same day.
The Earthwedge is available in both white and brown Kraft. Currently, one size – a 65mm-deep wedge suitable for two sandwiches – is available. A giant wedge, ideal for three sandwiches, may be added. Earthwedges can be custom printed.
