Mondi, a worldwide leader in sustainable packaging and paper, has launched re/loop FlowWrap for wet wipes packaging to help home and personal care customers transition to more sustainable polymer-based solutions.
It is compatible with polypropylene (PP) mechanical recycling according to the CEFLEX D4ACE guidelines and contains 35% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content.

Extensive internal testing and customer trials show that re/loop FlowWrap performs comparably to virgin-based alternatives, offering reliable sealing, barrier protection, and smooth machinability for wet wipes. It is compatible with existing packaging lines, allowing for an easy transition.

External trials on ILAPACK equipment confirmed strong runnability at high line speeds for wet wipes packaging. Industry professionals previewed the new material at the INDEX fair from 19 to 22 May, where Mondi and IMA Ilapak demonstrated re/loop FlowWrap live on packaging machinery.
