Why should eco-labels be involved in packaging or a display?

If sustainability is necessary for you as a company and for your customers, you should also secure sustainable solutions for the packaging and distribution of your products.

But how do you communicate this? Do you believe that everyone automatically knows that your packaging is sustainable? Do not leave this to chance and use recognized eco-labels for communication. Sustainability is frequently becoming a purchasing guideline for end-users.

Eco-label

Environmentally friendly and sustainable packaging can play a decisive role in this. Consequently, the best thing to do is apply the appropriate eco-label to display the eco-friendly benefits directly on the packaging or the display.

Eco-labels, either eco-signets, are symbols or logos that, at initial glance, clearly intimate which materials have been applied to create the packaging or display and which ecological raw material, material, or recycling parts are associated with it.

The identical eco-label directs the end-user on checking the packaging or the display after use and how to lead it properly in an environmentally friendly manner. Last but not least, an eco-label raises the excellent feeling of the environmentally-conscious end-user, as it clearly and unambiguously declares to the end-user that they made the right decision and that the purchased goods were sustainably packaged.

Different eco-labels are currently in use. Not all are officially approved and tested by certified organizations. Many internationally companies acceptable eco-labels, which you can use on packaging and present solutions depending on the material used.
